Seller didn't even bother to offer expedited shipping or provide partial refund! Won't receive until 18th! THAT'S 11 DAYS!!! Extremely poor and substandard service! Total 9 days from order to arrival at destination (including handling days). As for "partial refund" - can be afforded by big online stores/sellers, not small sellers/individuals. I did offer apologies and handled issue quickly. This negative feedback is unfair.
