Buyer did not reach out to me for a return before sending it back & escalated it to a case with eBay which was immediately denied because there was not proper return information/tracking. Reached out to the buyer, whos communication was outstanding, and I couldn't refund them because his case was denied and the return tracking was invalid. New eBayer was phenomenal with communication but USPS failed both of us. eBay would not let me issue any type of refund because his failed case.
