    Worst packing job EVER. Seller sent a sensitive IC chip in a flimsy poly bag with no padding, no box, nothing to protect the pins, nada - and charged me $3.50 for shipping!. So of course it arrived with the pins all mashed and splayed out. Spent 10 minutes straightening then out. Foo on that. I'm only leaving a positive rating to avoid screwing up this guy's rating. Won't be buying again. :-(

    It is regrettable that the post office damaged your shipment. I have shipped hundreds of chips this way with no problem. The PADDED bags typically are perfectly fine. The postage I pay is more than $3.50 per package.
