It is dead; it will not charge, or be able to turn on, and one of the control buttons does not even have an movement ability. I was able to compare this phone (Nokia Lumia 1020) to one identical that works as stated. And if I knew that u weren't happy I give refunds right away. I stated that the screen didnt turn on. And I stated it wasn't 100 percent.
