      I ordered the stem on 04/12/2022 and they actually shipped it a week later, in other words 7 days after the USPS tracking data was provided. So I haven't gotten it yet. My package from Missouri ordered the same date arrived within two days by USPS. Poor service to start!

      I finally did receive the stem. It is puzzling regarding why it took so long. However, I appreciated how responsive the seller was when I initially reached out. They offered to make monetary concessions, which I didn't require or request. The late arrival might have been due to the USPS logistical issues. Based on the sellers' diligence, I do believe that they were not at fault.
