Extremely disappointed with the plans. I bought 5 sets of plans and not one of them includes a bill of materials in appropriate scale inches. First I will have to convert everything to 1/87 scale and then I'll have to sit there and figure out how much material I will need. Since when do building plans not include a bill of materials. These plans are incomplete.

This is by far, including full building size units, the best looking and finished piece I've purchased in a long time. When I purchased, I was reluctant. I really wanted it for my new layout, PP scene. Here we are and I am actually ok spending this in a piece of plastic. I always give low on shipping, it's not seller fault. No reason shipping cost should be anymore than 1.99 max.
