- ordered card, which clearly states it is for my model- contacted seller with my specific software version, to confirm compatibility- seller waited until after shipping to respond: "no", and they won't take returns because it's "made to order". (listing says multiple available - clearly not made to order)(Yes, I could have waited to order. They could have CXL when they KNEW it was incompat - but wait to tell me - then refused return based on something that's clearly not true).

As of right now I have been waiting a few extra weeks due to covid. But it was due on the 22 of April it is now may 7th. Not mad yet just disappointed. I don't think it is the sellers fault. But again just very disappointed.I have also not tried to get a hold of the seller that will be next weeks process. Giving time for covid related shipping problems.

What is left out here is this is an international shipment. and. done cheaply through ebay's global shipping program. We sent the item to the exchange point using usps 9400111202508375086493 delivered 03-31. If you are in another country and order through this program. be prepared to wait. not our fault
