    Label printer was described as "like new", wasn't. Seller promised to ship by third business day, didn't. Would never give a negative review for that, but this heavy electronic device was just thrown into an unpadded flat rate envelope with no packing material. Not sure if it was originally scratched or unable to function on AC power, but it is now. Nobody wants something they paid for mistreated like that, or ruined for no good reason. Do better. Buy some bubble wrap, please.
