    Arrived with various little stains on both bows, dirt marks on the soles and scratches on various parts of both shoes : looked like the wear and tear of ex display shoes that had been tried on instore . Quality check should never have let them be sent out. Ended up being last pair in stock so they couldn't replace & daughter had fallen in love with the style. Accepted a partial refund and cleaned them up, they'll pass for the day.
