I bought 3 Iron Hands ex that were described as m/nm condition. All 3 cards arrived in a bubble mailer inside separate top loaders with team bags around each. One of the cards has a bend through the middle of the bottom half of the card.

Buyer received the cards on March 19th and waited until April 3rd to let me know there was damage and asked for a partial refund. For raw cards and without any pictures of the damage provided, I asked buyer to open a return case and would issue a full refund once the cards were sent back. Buyer opened a return request and then messaged again saying they only wanted a partial refund. After a week passed, the buyer closed the return request and instead left this negative feedback.
