The only issue was due to my part not being in stock, I was originally told that my part would be delayed by 2 weeks. This was on the 12th of August. I enquired again on the 6th of Sept, received a reply on the 8th and it was posted on the 9th. This might have just been a once off but still. Also I'm not sure why they posted my part with a T&E Tools catalogue. I can't also justify $10.70 for postage.
