Purchased an advertised “polka dot womens’ hoodie”. When it arrived it was hearts and not polka dots. Seller tried to negotiate my keeping the item and giving to a friend. Said polka dots and hearts are the same. I was disappointed in their misrepresentation of the item and their balking at my returning the item.
