This 667MHz corresponds to the Samsung data sheet of the memory ICs K4T1G044QQ HCE6 soldered onto the modules. Additionally the program Memtest86 showed many memory errors, even when testing on 667 MHz. So the memory modules were faulty, too. After informing the seller about this, they did not answer any more. Finally eBay provided a return label and a full refund. I would not recommend this product.
