You shipped this hat in a box that was much too small, so now it’s deformed and I have to try and train it back to a good shape. For future reference please ship hats in a box big enough that you don’t have to cram it in there. Sometimes it can be difficult or impossible to ever make them look good again. Everything else was fine though, thanks
