Very good communication, seller sent out emails at each step along the way-Very good seller would defiantly recommend-A+++++

However, even if not completely the seller's fault, the packaging, which was a simple plastic bag, allowed for USPS to crush and damage the contents during shipment, the batteries were not damaged but came out of their respective boxes inside the envelope.
