It was shipped in a box that was too small and too light (USPS Priority shipping box) and as a result the box was pretty much destroyed by the time it reached its destination. The battery was fine however.

Next reply came shortly after stating shipping was backed up (which happens) and my battery was shipped. I had it the next day.
