My cart is a '96. This cable seems well made, however it is not exactly the same as the old one. Connection holes at the ends are bigger, Couldn't use the old plastic clevises. I used bolts instead and drilled the hole in the carburetor arm and the arm at the other end to accommodate the bolts. The part where the C clips go needs to extend through my brackets a little more for putting on the C clips. Drilling the bracket holes enabled clips to go on. I'm glad I was able to make it work.
