      Écrous achetés et placés selon la préconisation vendeur , mais au bout d'une centaine de km , j'ai perdu un écrou et un autre était dévissé . Ils n'ont rien voulu savoir , aucun geste commercial et j'ai été obligé de recommander un jeu complet sue j'ai monté avec du frein à écrous . Lamentable !'

      Bonjour M. MAILLET, Nous ne vous avons fait mention d’aucune « préconisation ». Un écrou que l’on perd et un écrou inadapté ou serré au mauvais couple. A titre d’information l’usage d’une clef dynamométrique avec un serrage conforme aux recommandations (cf. votre manuel d’entretien) pour votre véhicule est impératif. Enfin l’utilisation de frein filet et absolument proscrite sur de la visserie de roue. N’hésitez pas à prendre conseil auprès d’un professionnel. Bien cordialement,
