    I am deeply sorry that this mistake did happen. It is unfair to say we sent a completely different ring. We did send a rose gold stackable amethyst and diamond ring - would not have even crossed my mind that we had two.. None the less, the error was our fault and should not have happened. I am glad to say that we very rarely, very seldom make a mistake anything like this. I have put into place one extra step before an order ships to try to be sure that this never happens again.
