Shipping/packaging was poor box was ripped open and parts hanging out just luckly nothing fell out could not afford to go looking or wait any longer thanks to my usps lady she put my damage box in a bag and secured parts sticking out of box

I am sorry to hear about your package. The boxes used are rated for 70 pounds and if the post office doesn't drop them they make it to the destination intact almost 100% of the time. Unfortunately when packages are mistreated and heavy they don't always survive the journey. Hopefully the parts were all in good condition
