The item I purchased was fragile and unfortunately not secured enough so the item was severely damaged on delivery. I contacted seller immediately and was asked to send a picture. I was not personally able to send a picture and asked if I could just send back the item? There was a laps of 2 days before I heard back from the seller. I was able to get a neighbor to take a picture for me. I sent the picture and the seller refunded me the cost of the item. The damaged item was most unfortunate.
