- *****- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseOrdered for my 2014 Kia Optima. AC was taking longer and longer to start cooling and didn't cool when parked or in stop and go traffic. Decided to replace the control valve before replacing the compressor to try and save some money. Had the system evacuated at a local shop for $50, replaced the valve myself in about an hour and recharged with a can of AC Pro. AC works as good now as it did 10 years and 300,000 miles ago. Total cost for everything was roughly $120.
