Is a little taller than the original shifter, but not so much that it negatively affects shifting dynamics. Arrived in perfect condition with no visible scuffs or scratches. I would say it's acceptable value, the price is about right with the quality of the finished product. The leather is nice, although I had ordered alcantara, so not quite the appearance I was after, although it was resolved quickly by the seller.
