You figure someone looked at it? Nope. Even the part was defective in itself. The center screw post that holds the windings onto it had no threads. Did not fit my application. I bought another unit locally. I wasn’t going to wait another week for a replacement. The customer and I could not wait any longer. This company doesn’t care about my time. I will never buy from them again.
