    Excellent service. The amp was shipped from China to western Canada in 11 days. It was packed well and is as described by the seller. It is a solid unit. I purchased three tubes for it (these phono preamps come without tubes) and I have been using it for several days now. While the tubes are yet to burn in, the amp sounded good right out of the box. No humming, no issues at all. It is very quiet and it sounds great in my system. Great seller and I'm very satisfied with the phono amp. Thank you!

    excellent electronics operationalnright out of box definitley high end if your system is also high. end, Beautiful 3d lush clean clear sound with excellent clarity with tubes provided though better tubes are availiable. only complaint is poor quality hardware attaching cover located of bottom switch to slotted metal bolts rather than phillips head because quality of metal of bolts easily strips. They used quality hardware on front plate though. Excellent quality otherwise at massive savings
