I ordered a jumper and instead received a pair of trousers. When I informed the seller, I was required to go to all the inconvenience of photographing it and uploading the photo before a return label was sent. Then the label would not scan at the post office. The seller said just post it in the box, but that meant I had no proof of postage, which I wasn't happy about. In the end I did get a refund, so I'm posting neutral feedback, but it wasn't a satisfactory customer experience.
