Had to modify the driver's side to fit around the oil dipstick tube,( cut the flange in between tubes to allow room for dipstick tube) and on the passenger side, modify the corner of the cylinder head (grind some clearance room). This was on a 2008 F-150 4x4 4.6L SOHC. However, the flanges for the Y-pipe fit perfect and hardware was great. So far so good after 2 weeks installed.
