However, after installing the pump and transmission, the transmission fluid was pouring out of it. Several hours of wasted time removing, getting the right seal and more fluid and she’s back on the road. They refunded me a lousy $30. Said they don’t cover labor. I think they should since their part was defective. They already got a new seal and installed it before letting us know about the leak. They requested a refund on the part and labor cost. We only sell products online not a service therefore we do not cover labor cost unless it was done at our shop. We sent $30 to cover for the seal and fluid. We would have sent a replacement if they contacted us beforehand. Customer demanded more money for labor instead of contacting us first.
