The problem was it was obviously damaged during shipping. The box was crushed and the horn was dented. I communicated with the seller and they quickly resolved the issue. I will definitely do business with them again. I recommend both the seller and the horn.

When the part got here, I contacted the supplier and told them I no longer needed the part. They were very kind and refunded the purchase price without any hassle. I work at a Ford dealership and we have the same factory tool in our dealer inventory - the quality looks to be Identical. Got the tool delivered in 3 days! Amazing!
