    The listing photo clearly shows a retail condition new, crisp, & flat coat. The coat arrived horribly wrinkled, lint covered, & out of shape; having been shipped balled tightly into a plastic bag instead of folded flat in a box. Unacceptable response from seller. They should list photos of the actual item being sent & box thoughtfully.
