    Good communication. However, Parcel Force (yet again) delivered to the other side of the village. Fortunately FB came to the rescue. The item description could have been better as there is fret wear ( description says none) and I would have mentioned the cosmetic damage in the advert. Overall it’s a good instrument that plays well so not disappointed
