    The item was not as described. Not just a damaged box as stated. One item was missing, that should have been included for this model (listed on the box by a "tick" of items the box should contain). Another incorrect item there instead. I communicated with the seller many times and they refused to acknowledge the item was missing, didn't want to send the missing item, or refund what I would have to pay to buy another. Returned the purchase & got money back in the end but was a lot of hassle.
