    Fast shipping, padding in packaging was minimal (shoes were in a plastic bag, inside a plastic shipping sleeve), but shoes arrived in great condition. Shoe color in photos can be misleading. Cole Haan's original "French Roast" was a much darker brown (see photos). Newer version being sold is made in a different country and is more of a medium brown, not dark like the original. The leather in these photos appeared dark but is actually more of a "medium roast" color. Cole Haan's fault!
