Even though it say used it’s In perfect condition better than it was described. The price was amazing for a piece of history that I spent my early naval career on. Well packaged and arrived in time even, thou the tracking shows it took a circuitous path. That is courtesy of USPS service of letting packages site see a wide variety of postal facilities.
