    Swift delivery and a great price. The packaging could have been slightly more substantial - the book arrived with a small dent on the bottom edge of the rear cover which wasn't on the photos, so I assume happened during transit. The item also had a small patch of sticky residue on the front cover - possibly from an old price label? With a little effort I was able to wipe it clean but slightly annoying it wasn't cleaned before shipping or mentioned in the description.
