    Item came new, in a unopened box. Worked perfectly fine on my Wacom cintq 24 and my Wacom intuos pro (2017 model). It’s was also cheaper than what Wacom actually charge for these. We had a hick up at first with usps and it got sent back to the seller. They shipped it back to me free of charge though. Good product and good seller too.
