Rather than contact me to arrange an alternative delivery address, the parcel was marked customer refused delivery, which was incorrect. DHL customer service hung up on me. DAI post was very helpful. I collected the parcel from DAI post depot, 2 hour round trip. Poor freight service for the cost.

    I’m new to receiving items from the Flint, Michigan, Salvation Army, but so far everything‘s going well. The typewriter was my third purchase. I had great hopes for it, but it turned on but did not work. They refunded my money properly which I deeply appreciate so I can buy more items from their store. But I am still waiting on the return shipping label just a hint thanks everybody. The item was incredibly reasonably priced in the shipping department that created great value was packaged well.
