      Item arrived as described, unopened OEM packaging so definitely new. Well packaged by the seller and arrived safely. Unfortunately one of the sticks was faulty and failed to pass a memtest86 test. Fortunately the seller was great to deal with and we agreed a partial refund to compensate for the faulty stick. Absolutely not the sellers fault and they dealt with the problem in a friendly and reasonable manner. I trust this seller and wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again.

      Great communication with seller. Unfortunately the parcel was ripped open by Royal Mail and the item was stolen from the bag before it was placed in a Royal Mail clear bag. Not the seller’s fault that this happened but I still received a full refund for my order. Seller is a gentleman and highly recommended but better to not use Royal Mail in the future.
