I messaged the seller asking that I send it back for a refund. The seller refused. I requested a refund through eBay’s system. The seller accepted at this point, but did not provide a return shipping label. I had to ask eBay to step in and they quickly gave me the refund. Accidents happen. The value of the card is good for the quality and appearance. I got this as a gift, so the person can display it or carry it as a display. The item arrived 3 days after it was marked as delivered. The seller refused to investigate why the item had not been delivered, and overall was uncooperative when I sent a request.
