The condition It was not packaged in any kind of container but only the original plastic covering it appeared dirty and black from shipping. It wasn’t not crushed or completely damaged but certainly not sealed. So the first 3 or 4 feet of paper will have to be discarded what a waste of money! Doesn’t feel like 40# paper. I would not recommend Seller .
