    The condition of the item was as to be expected from being unboxed. I don't believe that interferred with the quality of the product. The item arrived earlier than expected. I was a bit confused by was the "make an offer" for this product. It stated you could offer a price from $8.00-$9.00, the owner kept coming back with the original price. I thought the idea of this would be to send an offer then the owner would counter it. This did not happen and it makes me wonder, why have this feature?
