Partly was and partly not their fault Sellers took extra days to market as shipped and then it didn’t move from pre shipment location for a long period of time, then once at authentication center it took a very long time to ship out. However, instead of creating a new setting, the seller simply resized the original 14-karat ring, stamped it as 18-karat, and sent it to me — which is not legal. I had the ring tested using the XRF method at two different jewelers, and both provided certification confirming that the gold is actually betw
