The support arm will not swivel from side to side so it cannot make cuts other than 0 degrees. So, the seller sent a defective product. I tried to contact the seller but got no response. My old defective Sears Radial Arm Saw had no problem with swinging the arm negative degrees and positive degrees. Sincerely, Ron Newlon
