Buyer accepted, but then said: "I purchased the item when it said 100 but charged be 116? Can you refund 16 instead of canceling?" Tool sells for $125-$200 (before tax). I sent 100% refund and got this bad feedback. You can't force SALES TAX back on the seller after you buy. Research yourself: buyer & tool price
