I won a bid on a custom 2024 ripple fisher rod, I was told that they couldn't find the item. They then offered a 2019 model rod and $100 refund but were annoyed when I stated that I wanted the rod or a refund. Surprisingly they found the rod and sent the item through DHL ( never use DHL, scammers). When the rod arrived in Sydney, it had a $300 customs fee and this seller has been sneaky and untruthful. I have asked for a full refund.
