    It arrived very well packed, and quickly, and was just as described. I realised the metal bobbin holder wasn't there (I've not used one in my previous machine, so didn't realise it wasn't in the photos) and I contacted the seller to let them know. Their response was immediate and apologetic, and they offered to get one and post it to me, or to give me a partial refund. I opted for the refund, which was more than generous, and arrived as soon as I had messaged back! Excellent service all round!
