These buttons are small (13mm) in size, and would have been worn on caps and side caps. These are quite rare buttons as they are of the design introduced in 1949 and was only in use for 3 years (they feature the Kings crown). Issued and used. Some slight surface wear, and could do with a clean and polish, otherwise - good detail and in good condition for age (1949-1952 period).”
