The add shows a rim with the hubcap and is in like new condition. Description says the the rim is in “C” condition, what ever that means? The rim I received has the finish coming off of it in several places. There was no hubcap, I was expecting to see something like in the picture in the add. Very deceptive. I will contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.
