    After a failed first delivery (FedEx problem, nothing to do with the seller) I received the monitor. Extremely well packaged and condition exactly as described. Seller responded promptly to my communications regarding the initial delivery problem (package was stolen) and shipped a replacement unit straight away. Hopefully they were reimbursed by FedEx.     Quality of the item is amazing considering the thousands of hours on it as stated, condition of the item is exactly as stated by the seller with some minor scratches in the back and very acceptable. Packing was very good boxed in between 2 custom fitted air pockets at the sides of monitor with glass content inside handle with care warning label on the box. Shipping arrived a day early and fell on my medical day off perfectly. Overall, a great experience with the seller and would recommend.
