The doll's dress was slghtly dusty as were the exposed parts of the doll. Dress did not have the usual crispness that you find when the doll is new. Finally, after de-tangling the doll's hairnet that was stuck in the doll's neck, I found that the hair style had been messed. Several of the curls had been tangled and then pulled out leaving the hair bedraggled.
